About McGrath Quarter Horses

Kevin McGrath of McGrath Quarter Horses, LLC first bred performance quarter horses in the 1980s. After a hiatus from the quarter horse industry, Kevin, with a lot of help from his daughter Vika, and the support of his wife Molly, has returned to breeding quarter horses.

Kevin searched for and found Mitos Magic Moment, a daughter of Kevin's all-time favorite mare, Ms Jerri Jaguar. Magic, it turns out, is a superior western pleasure producer, producer of futurity winners, and is the producer of Goodbars Glamourgirl, the mother of Congress champion Cool Assets.

McGrath Quarter Horses also has mares by world class sires Luke At Me, Green With Invy, Zippo Jack Bar, The Promoter, Invitation Only, among others.
Our mares and foals benefit from the great care provided by Nancy-Sue Ryan at Show Stop Farm in Texas, and Clear View Farms in Maysville, Kentucky.
McGrath Quarter Horses joined many leading breeders in the quarter horse industry by investing in the Kentucky Breeders Incentive Fund. Superior western pleasure stallion Good Huh and ROM-earning hunter under saddle stallion Million Dollar Luke are owned by McGrath Quarter Horses and stand at Bennie Sargent Quarter Horses in Georgetown, Kentucky. Recently, we purchased hunter under saddle stallion BR Iam and he is standing in Texas at Show Stop Farm.
